J Forex Money Transfer (we/us/our/It’s) cares about its customers and understands that circumstances can change. We Highly Recommend our respected clients to contact us via [email protected] and resolve any issue, rather than cancelling any transaction because it’s a lengthy process and involves a lot of written confirmation for legal purposes. Still, if you like to cancel/refund a transaction then yes, we do offer our customers an option to cancel a transaction/remittance if they wish. In this article, we’ll cover our Refund/Cancellation Policy and Procedures. Please read further.
This means getting your money (which you have paid to us) back after completing the Refund/Cancellation procedure. The refund amount cannot be more than the amount you paid for that particular transaction and does not include the transaction fee/admin fee (if paid any at the time of booking).
The first step to get a refund is to cancel that transaction and this is possible by a written request sent to us from that particular Sender within 3 days (72 hours) of initiation of that transaction. Please note there might be a $30/- cancellation fee (and may change without prior notice). We’ll approve that request after completing our due diligence procedure. We cannot approve a cancellation request if payment has been collected by the receiver/beneficiary or credited to the destination bank account already. J Forex reserves the right to decline any cancellation request(s) without giving any reason
Once your Transaction cancellation request is approved. We’ll initiate a request to our overseas corresponding bank to revert funds back to our account as earliest as possible. Once funds get credited into our account then we’ll process your refund immediately. Please note there might be Foreign Exchange (FX) loss deduction along with a cancellation fee, if any, before we refund your funds.
Note : All refund amounts will be paid back to that particular sender and via the same method only.
We process all the refunds at priority; however, it can take longer to get the money back in your card or bank account. The timing can vary depending on the payment method and when you cancel. After we process your refund here are the expected timelines for each payment method:
Note : In most cases, both the original charge and your refund will show up on your bank statement. Sometimes, the original charge will just be removed.
We know it can be frustrating to wait for your refund. Refund timelines vary depending on the payment method, country, and how quickly your bank can process the refund.
If you're thinking about cancelling your transfer due to a change in the receiver’s details, you can contact us we might be able to edit some details and proceed with the transfer rather than cancel, you would not have to wait for your refund to arrive.
If it's been more than 10 business days and you have not received your refund, follow these steps:
